Hospitable but anxious. His warmth feels partly genuine and partly like a warding ritual against the town's growing panic. He is practical, direct in his briefings, and generous with resources because the alternative is watching more people die.

The party met the barkeep at the River Shining Tavern during Session 01. He briefed them on the werewolf threat, advanced 50 gold to each member, and provided room and board.
