Overview
Old Bonegrinder is a windmill located on a hilltop overlooking the roads of Barovia. It appears abandoned at first glance, weathered and ancient. But it is inhabited—by three night hags who have made it their lair.
The hags bake pastries from human flesh, particularly the flesh of children. These "dream pastries" are distributed throughout Barovia, addictive and terrible. The hags use them to corrupt the innocent and gather victims.
