Overview
Tser Pool, also known as Sorrow Pool, is an encampment of Vistani wagons. The Vistani are a traveling people, mysterious and otherworldly. Some whisper they have pacts with dark powers. Others say they are simply free spirits bound by no kingdom.
At the center of the camp stands Madam Eva's tent, where she reads the fates of those who seek her counsel. Her divinations are said to be true, though the truth they reveal is often terrible.
