Myrtle
A young girl imprisoned in the upper floors of Old Bonegrinder by Morgantha and her coven. Both of her hands were severed before the party arrived — an old injury that has left her unable to hold tools, weapons, or even properly bandage her brother's wounds. She is Freek's younger sister.

Overview
Myrtle was traded to the night hags of Old Bonegrinder alongside her brother Freek by their own parents in exchange for dream pastries. Despite her youth and mutilation, she serves as her brother's caretaker — carrying him, tending his wounds as best she can without hands, and enduring the coven's cruelty with a resilience that made the party's inability to help all the more devastating.
Session Appearances
Session 11 — The Windmill
When Morgantha severed Freek's remaining leg during negotiations, it was Myrtle who was forced to wrap her brother's bleeding stumps — an impossible task for a child missing both hands. She carried him up the stairs afterward, her feet squelching in his blood.
The session's most haunting image: Ria placed a dagger on the second-floor landing as a mercy offering. Myrtle saw the blade and made eye contact with Ria, tears streaming down her face. She understood what it was. She understood the compassion behind it. But she could not use it — because she has no hands.
The mercy dagger became the ultimate symbol of the party's helplessness in the face of Strahd's sanctioned evil.
